Main responsibility
Recruiting staff this includes developing job description and person specification, checking application form shortlisting, prepare report and make recommendations to management about staff appointment.
Managing and taking care of hiring process, including Job posting, talent hunt, conducting interviews, and finalizing interview panel within the organization.
Handing data pooling, compensation and benefits procedures through software / systems.
Responsible for data feeding manually and through systems

New hired employees CNIC inquiry through HRMS software.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Participate in applicant interviews.
Orientation / Training of new employees.
Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matter .
Responsible to fill new hired employees forms.
Responsible to enter Newly Employee information on software
Issuance of employees company ID card.
Provide basic counseling to staff that has performance related obstacles.
Issuance of missing cards of existing employees.
Preparing full & final settlement of employees.
Compensation and benefits
Maintaining Payroll.
Maintaining the existing HR policies and procedures and suggesting new policies.
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Responsible to make attendance report for payroll.
Responsible to issue NOCs of employees.
Issue Conformation letter.
Responsible to generate salaries of new hired employees on HRMS software for pay roll process.
Deductions of cards damage / other deductions.
Separation and extractions of exit employees.
Responsible to maintain contract employees detail & their attendance.
